Program
Evaluation
Through collaborative relationships with our clients and their stakeholders, we help:
clarify the theory of change for the project/program
discuss how best to define success
prioritize quantitative metrics and qualitative evidence to support these
In this way, we arrive at a mutually agreeable plan of action, clearly defined tasks, deliverables, and schedule of work that balances what is necessary, possible, and feasible within a specified budget and timeline.
Our nearly 20 years of past performance in program evaluation includes both quantitative and qualitative consulting work at the local, tribal, state, and federal government levels, as well as for non-profits and other consulting firms, large and small. Our roles have ranged from a small business set aside, to named evaluation firm, to hired consultant for subject matter expertise. Tasks have included technical reports, survey design and management, needs assessments, and data analytics.
Selected projects:
Innovative Approach to Literacy (IAL) Grants; funded by U.S. Department of Education
R25 training grants; funded by NIMH, NIA, and NINDS
Foster Care and Adoption administrative data; funded by state government and local non-profits
